@deliciouslybold: We all need snickerdoodles in our lives… especially the soft ones with those lightly crisp edges. 💛 With graduation parties, summer get-togethers, and beach trips coming up, I made a BIG batch — because these disappear fast every single time. They’re thick, buttery, perfectly cinnamon-sugary, and stay soft for days. No chilling, no complicated steps… just a simple homemade cookie recipe that never disappoints. 🍪 Soft Snickerdoodles Ingredients • 1 cup butter, softened • 2 cups granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 3 cups all-purpose flour • ½ teaspoon baking soda • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar Cinnamon Sugar Coating • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. 4. Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar; mix just until combined. 5. Scoop dough into large 3-tablespoon portions and roll into balls. 6. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar. 7. Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. 8. Bake 11 minutes, until edges are set and centers are still soft. 9. Let cool on the pan a few minutes before transferring. ✨ Tip: Pull them out when they don’t look quite done. They’ll finish setting as they cool and stay perfectly soft in the center. #SoftSnickerdoodles #CookieRecipe #CinnamonSugar #SoftAndChewy #DeliciouslyBold
