no burp syndrome, I have it. you get throat rumbles, can't burp and get extremely uncomfortable trapped wind and bloating🙃 only help is Botox into a certain muscle in your throat

i have this! this is called R-CPD ( Retrograde Cricopharyngeus Dysfunction) and can be solved by a botox injection in the cricopharyngeus muscle.

I’m hopefully starting my journey soon, I’ve stomach issues since I was 16 I’m now 29 and spent 4 years of it being fobbed off either omeprazole. Hopefully I’ll get a gastroscope soon

R-CPD! I’ve had it my whole life, never burped! I’m 23 and have been on antacids since I was 11, have helped a little but the only cure is Botox. It’s not available on the NHS. I can’t afford but it’s usually a couple of grand. If you’re familiar with Reddit the sub noburp has a list of clinics worldwide that treat it.
