I'm currently 17. Too many jobs I've applied for require experience, and it's ridiculous. McDonald's, KFC, basic staff team roles, need experience. It's a joke.

Draw a line straight back to the politicians. They have interfered too much in the jobs market, and this is the result. Whether that be positive discrimination, tax & NI increases, onerous employment laws or attractive benefits for staying at home. That's not to mention that the schools no longer produce a quality product for employers.
