PLEASE READ- ITS BEEN FIXED - Security breach in which someone gained our details and account and set it back up with our bank details, but not our email or name. ——— we didn’t notice all this time because 1) we have had a crazy past few years in which there was a lot of financial things we had to organise and takeover including my late grandmothers finances (dads mum) as for the last 2 years she has been dying/ then died. as you can guess it all took a very long time. 2) it wasn’t labelled as “disney plus” it was called “apple payments” or something along those lines. 3) we couldn’t see a direct debit for “disney plus” hence why we didn’t just cancel the direct debit. it was not showing on our accounts. ALSO in the last few years we have gone through and organised every single subscription, we no longer have streaming services other than Amazon Prime as they’re too expensive. KNOWING we had cancelled our Disney Plus subscription it was not on our mind to look for further payments. When I called customer support they confirmed we did not have any accounts, and the subscription I could see, on my email, was not for an account we have or have ever had. We called the bank to cancel payments and they have. But I would like at least some of my money back. @Disney @Disney+ @disneyplusuk in a vain hope they’d ever see this lol
