Yes and no. This is true but also, you WILL drastically change if you do strength training every day (no you wont "overtrain"), take NAD, magnesium, and a few other essential vitamins, and practice 30 second sprints followed by significant water intake, throw in lymphatic drainage too. You will see DRASTIC change, and in short order. Literally get 20 pounders and rep out 120 reps daily, and you'll see a big difference. Doing something vs virtually nothing has such an effect fr.
