@tano5026: It's the world cup 2010 quarter finals. I was at the gym for this one, and they were playing it there. Uruguay was doing its best to hold off Ghana until that fated moment when Suarez used his hands to stop a shot on goal. Growing up in South America, I had seen this scenario play out a few times. Using your hands to hold off a shot on goal was a well-known last resort. Your player was sent off, but anything could happen in a penalty. I cracked up laughing and everyone at the gym turned to look at me like a weirdo. I KNEW Asamoah Gyan was going to miss that penalty. there needs to be a rule to allow referees to give the goal in a situation like that. ball is clearly going in, right on the line, there should be no need for a penalty kick.
