I wouldn't get them to collect them from me as it can be such a hassle trying to organise a time! But I wouldn't have been bothered about putting in the same locker, they were collecting from. I post in so many different lockers cus they are all over the place now, so they wouldn't necessarily know you live close by!

I’ve used the same parcel shop before as it was getting dropped off at like I’d planned with the buyer and they took it to the depot and took it back even though I told them 🤦

I would either use the same locker or go somewhere else... But like never do anything postage or payment outside of vinted cos there's no way to say it went to them. And you've no back up if they decide to be shady.

Not had that happen but tbh I think you did the right thing just send it from a different one lol. They say to stay on the platform so I’d do that.

@Lorraine McGrayno400: No I wouldn’t message I had the same thing during the week. I use a post (Ireland) a she had it for delivery to her house. I drove by her house to post it!! And like you I briefly thought of suggesting delivery in person. But I like the little bit of protection you get with Vinted for payment. It’s so easy for scammers, you just don’t know how it’s going to go.

Iv done this I dropped it off and 1 hour later it told the seller it was available for collection same locker I dropped it off at 😂 I didn’t want them knowing I was around the corner I didn’t want to do f2f

No. Don’t do this. I did it, I followed Vinted instructions, they then refunded the buyer and didn’t care that the buyer had the item and their payment back. There should be an option to deliver/collect in person. The system isn’t good enough to do this simple task. I’m £25 down.
