Did u know that normal wires would have good pHL if it had cooler systems

Idk what you said after .0092 seconds. That graph. Scratched so many parts of my brain. Like give me all the facts. Bc no. What. I need to know

Thanks so much!! People are always dissing the study of quantum mechanics to me, now I have some great comebacks for that.

How does electron degeneracy pressure work? I only hear the standard “it’s because two fermions can’t occupy the same state” but then how does that produce a force and why is it a specific amount of force that can be overcome, like when a black hole is made.

Even though the Sun's core is incredibly hot, it is actually about 10 times cooler than what is required to force nuclear fusion here on Earth. The Sun is only able to sustain this reaction because of quantum tunneling

Electron degeneracy pressure is crazy. But not as bucky balls.

My favourite example is the sun! It wouldn’t be stable without quantum tunnelling enabling fusion to occur at lower energies

cant every object create the double slit interference pattern if they moved fast enough through appropriately sized slits?

Quantum tunneling actually gives us light. No joke. The temperature at the core of the Sun is not hot enough to fuse hydrogen without quantum tunneling. So, we wouldn’t exist without it
