Made myself a table for this method on canva for free, and I made it cute. I keep track of birthdays, holidays, accounts, pay dates, lay all of my bills due dates out and the rest is the tables for what bills I’m paying for each paycheck. All I have to do is plug in the numbers for my light, gas and water bills. I’m going on year two of doing it this way. 💕

I wish I could do this but being poor is expensive. Sometimes I get paid $200 others $260 or $190 depending on the hours they give me. Every 2 weeks. 💀

I’ve had a spreadsheet for the last 20 years or so of all my expenses down to gas, food etc. You must track where your money is going. Problem is I had to come to terms with the fact that I can’t afford everything I want but I have everything I need.

You can plan ahead by looking back first. Write down the monthly bills from last month (rentals, power, water, cell phone, internet, car payment, groceries, eating out, shopping, etc..
