Paying $400+ for a painted used nightstand is diabolical.

She REFURBISHED them. She didn’t just paint them. Lots of labor of love there. They’re practically brand new now. Personally I wouldn’t pay the money but they look amazing and definitely worth the price to a lot of people.

Love the idea of taking mismatched pieces and giving them the same color and hardware!

That’s not a lot of money for all of that work

I like that they are mismatched but still the same color. If things are tooooo matchy matchy I’m not a fan. That’s obviously just my opinion 😁

People don’t take into consideration that most of these are made of real wood. Brand new, they can easily cost double or triple what she’s selling them for, not to mention the time, effort, and supplies she put into refurbishing them.

I think with those numbers I think I’d just rather go to work 😭 and I really wanted to start furniture flipping but I have 0 knowledge of what sells in my neighborhood so it’s just too risky and pricing 2nd hand furniture for hundreds seems crazy to me idk.

$ goes in front of the numbers. She's in a different demographic. No way these would go for that amount in Soutjern Colorado.

I feel like there's an ecosystem where half the influencers are taking wooden furniture and painting it, and the other half are taking the painted furniture and restoring it by removing the paint

I appreciate this video because of that breakdown!
To anyone who says 'but $24 isn't enough.' I say:
$24 an hour doing something you love is far more to most than $48 an hour doing something you hate for someone else.

Everybody is complaining about the price, but not realizing that every single set sold. Yes they are higher than I would typically pay, but if you’ve been to a new furniture store lately, the prices are insane and a lot of it is just pressed wood.
