Well most of u say that she could wash the length too, but u don’t know that some people’s hair is not like yours. for example, my hair gets extremely frizzy when its freshly washed, the length gets fluffy and frizzy and it takes a lot of time to dry it, but my scalp otherwise, it gets greasy very often than the dry length. So, what she is doing is practical for some reason.
