Stephanie :
Gavin, if you’re reading this — I just want you to know that I’m thinking about you and rooting for you every single day, even from a distance. I can only imagine how hard it was to take that first step and walk into treatment in the first place. A lot of people never find the strength to do that, but you did. That matters more than you probably realize right now.
You’ve been through so much already, especially for someone so young, and none of it has been easy. But your story is not over. You still have so much life ahead of you, so many chances, so much good waiting for you on the other side of this fight. One hard moment or one setback does not erase the progress you made or the courage it took to try.
I truly believe Vic came into your life for a reason. Having someone like him beside you is a blessing, and I hope you let yourself lean on the people who genuinely care about you. There are people who see your worth even when you can’t see it yourself.
Please don’t be ashamed for struggling. Healing is messy and rarely happens in a straight line. Sometimes people have to leave, breathe, fall apart a little, and come back when they’re ready. What matters is that you don’t stop fighting for yourself.
I believe with my whole heart that you’ll find your way back when the time feels right. And when you do, I hope you remember that there are people cheering you on, believing in you, and wanting a beautiful future for you.
I am so proud of you for the progress you already made, Gavin. Truly. The first step is always the hardest, and you already proved you can take it. Don’t give up on yourself — because I haven’t given up on you ❤️
