my Dr is slowly taking me off lithium because I already have kidney problems. I'm on Seroquel, antidepressant and an anxiety med. we are hoping I won't have to go on another on after being fully off the lithium.

I was taken off Lithium years ago - due to kidney damage- the doctors had to find something else that I could take- that took a long time /- and I had to hospitalized twice to find a cocktail of different drugs that would work- and those have other side-effects!

I have been having likely non epileptic seizures and chronic dizziness and my dad told me to stop taking my antidepressants (without it i have panic attacks multiple times a week) and reduce my testosterone (HRT) to stop it all with no medical knowledge other than "just trust me bro" and Google.

I stop my antipsychotic💀 but still taking my mood stabilizer. I do wanna go up my mood stabilizer and back on stimulant. I do feel a lot better. Don’t add me . I feel like my psychiatrist is not helping me

I had to stop duloxitine because it gave me sudden onset liver damage, and it sent me into the worst episode I have ever experienced in my life. man was that drug a lifesaver but is also almost took it. dont take duloxitine.

I sometimes stop when I'm in a depressive episode because I have to find the will to live. Then I have to quickly take my as needed Zyprexa to stop the mania from hitting full force. So much trial and error 😂

I was on a really high dose of lithium but it’s the only mood stabiliser I can take so I ended up with beggining stage kidney damage, I chose to work on lowering the dosage as much as I could but I refuse to come off it and raw dog my bipolar again, that 💩 was absolutely miserable!
