Fellow MLS as well. I love my job but we are seriously underaprecciated. I work in Micro and I think no one inside our hospital actually knows what we are doing and how long it takes and it drives me insane 😭

I do like science (and am fairly decent at it) and the secure nature of the job and i'm willing to study a lot prior to getting the job but the long hours and night shifts drift me away from this path
