I put off reading Metal Slinger for sooooo long, but I finally read it 2 months ago and OMG! It and Rose in Chains are my top 2 "I can't believe I waited so long to read this" books. I still need to read Dance of Lies. After your description, I'm going to move it to the top of my TBR. 🤣
