Omg this is interesting I’ve got 3 kids 1st ADHD and lactose intolerance 2nd AUDHD 3rd on the waiting list for ADHD assessment also lactose intolerant. I’m also ADHD and also been off with milk. Is it linked?

I've been vegan for 2y and vegetarian for 8y. I've only been diagnosed for 3y. I can totally say this doesn't apply to everyone. everyone has different needs and tastes. saying ADHDers should or shouldn't eat this or that is wrong. yes I prioritize protein, bc I tried different things and that is what works best for me. but it can differ for other people. we are not supposed to be put in a box

This is exactly what works for me. Doing the opposite makes me feel awful. Full on keto is excellent. Unfortunately I stray away, yo-yo my weight and mess myself up again. Gah.

Food Intolerances ? Since I started to eat diary from cows like Greek yoghurt etc my gut and adhd started to „heal“ I don’t had any stomach and gut issues anymore and my adhd improved a lot because of all the protein I guess but I want to know why you said no dairy from cows ?

What’s the best breakfast? I have done the paleo diet 10 years ago and it was pretty similar to this pyramid, however it is pretty labor intensive and once the dopamine was gone I was never been able to get back to it.
