just commenting to confirm, you are correct about the crunchy ones popping because of the pieces inside. i dont have nails, i keep them short, and i do not get acrylics; one of my expensive squishy’s from a great brand, popped after an hour or so because of the type of pieces they used for the crunchy sounds.
