That’s Chef Duyen 🤎🥹 She once accompanied Anthony Bourdain, so when we decided to enrol in a cooking class and saw her credentials, we immediately booked her through the blue app. We ended up having the most wonderful time cooking in their humble home and sharing a meal with her whole family 🤎 The experience she gives her clients is truly immaculate. It was also my first time trying freshly made tofu that tasted exactly like our Filipino “taho” but even fresher. Absolute foodgasm! Such a sweet lady and such a wonderful family ✨ So happy you get to experience that with her 🥹

I would love to do this tour but I don’t think I’d be able to handle seeing the animals being butchered 😬 did you actually see that happening yourself? I have total respect for the culture but I just know I couldn’t cope with that 😢
