That’s very sad …………………. It’s is easy for all of us to be We have all done things we regret, and we have all been wounded by others. Healing begins when we allow those emotions to move through us instead of letting them control us. Some people turn to alcohol, drugs, or other destructive habits to survive pain we may never fully understand. We should not judge them. We have not lived their lives, carried their trauma, or fought their private battles. But pain is never permission to harm others. Passing our wounds to someone else does not heal us; it only creates more suffering. Sometimes we can only save ourselves after everyone else quits intervening in consequences. What we choose to do with the consequences for our own actions matters a lot, so much that those actions can mean no more do-overs. By that point, the warnings and signs have been explicit and seemingly never-ending. It is not a choice made without untold grace previously extended, and it is permanent.
