Your recipes give me anxiety as a sourdough baker for 5 years who likes exact recipes. However, these looked great when you cut them open so I’m trying this one. Got the dough mixed up and it looks good so far. Hopefully they turn out great for our burgers tonight. 🤞

Why do you have such a large jar starter? Unless you bake way more than that every day. I just have a small jar of starter so I don’t have to discard anything.
