This is one of those programs where they tell you to quit paying your bills for years and then they'll settle for 40% off the debt owed but in all actuality you're just paying the original debt owed in full but just ruining your credit score?

No, but I’m a veteran who just got taken advantage of by a sinking spring performance Toyota dealership who destroyed my car brand new car and refused to make me hold six months later they kept changing all their deals. I ended up selling the car back to them and had to give them $$4600 in total I lost $9000 because I was making payments on a car. They could not repair six months later.
