The bubble is going to pop when China’s deepseek becomes better and cheaper than Claude and OpenAI

Always remember - the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. Be careful with your money 👍

A cogent analysis. Can't disagree. Not if, when. Sooner than later. The hugest crash in history simply due to order of magnitude.

The first quarter that shows a greater loss than profit with no growth and the banks stop increasing credit could start a chain reaction of correction.

So June onwards...
Also close to $100b needs to be made available to buy SapceX. Historically the sell off starts around 10 trading days before a massive IPO. If it isnaggressive enough it can trigger 5-10% correction "out of thin air"
But also this is when more inflation data and employment data becomes available.
The final indicator is the Sahm rule. (Unemployment rise of 0.5% within 6 months) This has not triggered since COVID crash. So when this triggers we are 100% locked in for the sustained Bear market. (18-36months)

Before the closing my son already said that AI wasn't going to work because they kept passing the same $50 around to keep AI to stay a float 😂😂😂😂.... and it's showing

Ai should've popped ages ago, but it's entered the sunk cost valley. They are spending everything, passing around money, and forcing it into everything while the government gives them 100s of billions to artificially support it.
All for a product wirh growth "potential" and the vague promises of profit if certain 1 in a quadrillion odds hit

I think the bubble is majorly dependant on who becomes president in 2028 If JD Vance gets in, I don't think it will pop but if a dem does it won't be long

I've recently seen mistakes in medical charting that seems like AI, and not the usual typos. Healthcare should not be using this technology if it can insert nonsense info into records.

The difference here is that AI is actually providing value to companies versus the dot com era. Companies are seeing efficiency but the balances sheets are not yet reflecting that and people are throwing money into stocks speculatively

AI is shit, it's main focus is making people think that it works rather than actually working. It will get better but the timeline is similar to dot com - another 15 years, maybe it can be reduced a bit but it needs time to bed in.
