or u can do a PLP split instead..
Push : chest, side, front shoulders and biceps
leg : quads, hamstrings and calves
pull : back, rear delt and triceps
And yeah, switching the secondary muscles helps you give your arms better training as they are fresh due to not using them with the chest or back .. and putting the leg day in the middle gives you enough recovery time for the bicep so u can have a great back day!
