@defenders_of_paws_rights: Status Update on Our Sweet Eli 🤍 Eli continues to stay hospitalized, receiving emergency care following his rescue. Despite being a little adorable baby, Eli only knew hunger and danger as a stray. When he finally got to the food, one of the dogs attacked him for being too close. Eli’s body was too fragile, and this is the outcome… We are thankful that Eli is still with us. Even though he’s weak, he remains alert and is able to drink and eat by himself. Here he is, getting used to the nurse and not being afraid of human touch anymore. Once Eli is stable enough, we’ll start reaching out to specialists to see what can be done to help him. Either way, we are not giving up on him and we continue to provide him with the best care he so deserves. Please consider donating to help us save him. Every contribution, no matter the size, will go towards covering Eli’s 24/7 medical expenses and very complex treatment. More updates to come. THANK YOU. 💛 Please consider donating via our PayPal link in bio ⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️ 💛PayPal: link in the bio 🙏🙏🙏#USA #dogoftheday #Rescue #texas #savealife
