You’ll need: - 1 lb ground turkey - 1 floret of broccoli, chopped - 1/2 cup edamame (frozen) - 1/2 cup cauliflower rice (frozen) - 1/2 yellow onion, diced - chopped scallions - 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce - salt & pepper to taste - sesame seeds for garnish - cooked rice (optional) 1. In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and yellow onion. Cook for 5 mins or until translucent. 2. Add in ground turkey with salt and pepper. Cook until it begins to brown (10-15 mins) 3. Add edamame, cauliflower rice, and broccoli to the pan. Cover and let cook for 5-7 minutes. 4. Remove the lid and stir in teriyaki sauce 5. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
