Role Model said recently in an interview that he opened up to be having a partner after being single pretty much his whole life bc he thought it was important to learn to care for someone. It really opened my eyes and I think that’s a sentiment our community could use some reflection on bc A LOT of gay men are averse to the idea of monogamy. I think it’s truly bc it requires having to consider and prioritize someone else…there is something to be said for the exercise and experience of caring for someone or something other than yourself.

I’m such a big cat lover myself and Gay also. I’m so happy you are helping out Nugget and her babies! You’re doing a wonderful job I’m enjoying your videos and looking forward to seeing them grow! I also have a Nugget but he is my dog, lol I have an indoor cat named Peanut but I take care of some outside cats in two lactation 9 in one area and 7 in another! 2x a day I feed them all and give fresh water 7 days a week. They all make me happy and sad sometimes if they go off wandering for more than a day or two. I consider them all my babies they all have names and I refer to myself as Papa when talking to them. 😊

Granted, taking care of 5 cats at once (especially 4 newborns) IS a taking on a massive responsibility but you’ve been doing so great!

Cats are easy. If you leave enough food and water and clean litter they're fine for several days at a time.

I had a close friend that ended up with two kittens he didn't know what to do with. I was giving him the names of fostering places, offered to post about them, and he ended up just letting them 'free." he's not longer a close friend. I can't look at him the same.
