It’s oral allergy syndrome. You are allergic to something you’ve eaten or inhaled. It could be hayfever or a food allergy for example. I get it a lot but now I am prescribed Avamys nasal spray it’s really rare

i do it constantly nothing to do with hayfever for me, i make that weird noise and have to wiggle my finger in my ear super fast 🤣 i think of it as a tic 🤣

I do this nois when I'm itchy. First time I made this noise I front of my partner we were asleep and he thought there was a bird in the room 😂😂😂

I have this, its called allergic rhinitis, I get a nasal spray from gp that seems to help symptoms, its all caused by allergies xx
