OBEDIENCE TO GOD. God expects us as His children to believe and trust Him and to live in absolute obedience to Him at all times. Obedience to God is not simply following rules to earn grace, but a spontaneous, loving response to His love. It involves trusting and following God’s Word, even when it seems unreasonable, and brings blessing, peace, and a deeper relationship with Jesus. Obedience is Love in Action: Jesus said, 15) “If you love me, keep my commandments.” (John 14:15). This is the proof of discipleship, not just talk. God’s laws are there for our protection and good, not to spoil the fun. Disobedience is rebellion that brings separation, as seen in the Fall. Sometimes obedience requires things that seem illogical or unreasonable, but true faith trusts God’s way above our own understanding. Obedience is not a one-time act, but a way of life, like Noah who walked with God. Obedience brings blessing and life, while disobedience leads to misery and the loss of peace. God seeks obedience, not just sacrifices or religious rituals (1 Sam. 15:22). Scriptures: John 14:15, 21 (Love and commandments) 1 Samuel 15:22 (Obedience is better than sacrifice) Deuteronomy 5:32-33 (The way of life) 1 Peter 1:2 (Chosen to obey) Obedience makes a practical difference in how we live and serve. The issues are about authority. OBEDIENCE ISSUES. YOUR CHOICE: 1) The Bible or tradition. 2) Jesus or spiritual leaders. 3) God's law or human dogma. 4) God's instructions or the teachings of man. 5) God's way or the way of man. 29) "Then Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men." Turning away one's ear from hearing the law (disobedience/disregard for God's commandments).Consequence: The prayer of that person becomes an "abomination" or a disgusting/detestable thing to God.Context: This verse highlights that true worship and prayer must be accompanied by a willingness to listen to and follow God's word.This verse appears in the context of wisdom literature that contrasts the righteous and the wicked, emphasizing the importance of obedience to God over empty religious ritual. 37) "And Jesus answered him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." The TRUE system, 6) "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man come unto the Father, but by me." (John 24:6) is the center of the one system. It is silently based upon what the Holy Word of God teaches us. And the TRUE Church is pictured in Revelation 12 as the Woman clothed with the sun. Her doctrines are pure; she is loyal to her Master. God wants a Church, His people, and children who live in harmony with the truth in His Holy Word. The woman of Revelation 12 represents God's true, visible Church on earth, His faithful people throughout the ages. 17) "...They that keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Revelation 12:17). 12) "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." (Revelation 14:12) 14) "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city".(Revelation 22:14) What will you tell God on this 👇🏻 Sabbath day👇🏻??? God demands 100% obedience and faith. No Thanks God I be back on Sunday God says: 17) "For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth..."(Isaiah 65:17) 22) "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. 23) And from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord." (Isaiah 66:22, 23). As long as God the Holy Father, Jesus Christ is the only way and savior, and the Holy Spirit exists, the HOLY SABBATH WILL exist and that is how important God's creation seventh day SABBATH is for ALL eternity. “But he who endures to the end shall be saved” (Matthew 24:13).
