North Branch is farther out than you think. 90 minutes from Detroit, 90 minutes from Novi, 70 minutes from Troy. That’s a long drive home after drinking beer. Population of North Branch is 1100 people. Who did they build this for?

It looks like it was designed to host weddings and events which would bring a lot of local North Branch vendors business! Airbnbs and hotels would have a field day with a new venue like this 🤑

People drive 45 minutes just to go to the country smokehouse for barbecue. Or even the same to go out to Blake’s, depending on where you’re coming from. This looks like a mini day trip / a good day to go for a drive when you want to get away.
