They charged me an annual fee, then forgot to ship the card, when I got it, payment was late, WITH interest, on a card I couldn’t even pay for!!!!! (Per their over phone menu)

credit one sent me an email saying if a pay x amount of balance they will forgive the remaining amount - called and paid and 4 months later still hasn’t been promised, they keep calling me asking for a payment. i contacted the FCC and CBB
