I agree with all of your takes, literally everything you said. Have you tried Claudia Fleming’s Food Truck chocolate chip cookie? That’s my favorite one- crispy outside, softer center like this one (no brown butter.) It’s one of Kathleen Meisengers favorites, that’s how I learned about it. I like it better than the Sixth Street
