i feel you i’ve dealt with this but overcame it just praise and sing as your shouting out to the Lord close your eyes and it’s just you and Him idc what other ppl may think or say or wtv you’re giving Him glory and worship don’t let that urge hinder you the more you praise/get use to worshipping publicly or in church the more comfortable it’ll get and become a custom nd norm.

This used to be and then one day I just realized that it truly does not matter because our focus should be fully on him. It’s easy to let the enemy distract us in moments that’s are so sacred but truly the only thing that matters is that the father accepts our worship no matter what it looks like.
