@cookingtales11: Chicken karahi Ingredients * 1/2 kg chicken * 1 tbsp red chili powder * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * 2 tbsp yogurt (raita) * Juice of 1/2 lemon * 5 tbsp oil * 1 sliced onion * 2 cinnamon sticks * 2 bay leaves * 3–4 cloves * 1 tbsp whole cumin * 3 blended tomatoes Method of Preparation 1. Marinate the chicken with chili powder, black pepper, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, and lemon juice for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion with cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves, and whole cumin. 3. Add the marinated chicken and sauté well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. 4. Remove the lid, mix, and add blended tomato paste. Cook until the oil separates. 5. Add green chilies and chopped coriander, then cook for a few more minutes. 6.
