@goodlifegavin: Part 3 of our apartment renovation series. While working on this no so clean apartment remodel, my dad and I noticed the outside yard and staircase had been completely neglected too. Cleaning this area wasn’t even part of the job, but we figured if we were already here, we might as well leave the property better than we found it. Sometimes small cleanups make a bigger difference than people realize.
