I’d suggest getting help in other places- ie. a housekeeper 1-2x a week to take chores off your list (not saying your house is messy!!!), a meal prep service to take dinner off of your plate, etc. That way you can focus on the business and make sure quality and standards are high and you don’t lose your customer base, nor do you burn out. I own a brick and mortar business. Do NOT scale. That level of gross revenue with your overhead is unfathomable. Your margins are insane, keep it that way! $1,000 a day, six days a week=$312k annually, before expenses, tax, etc. you’re looking at well into six figures without changing anything.

I don’t really recommend going commercial. I also don’t recommend opening a big shop. I think what people really misunderstand his how much people love small people love the fact that there’s a limited number of the cookie so you gotta get up there early. It’s an excitement. it’s a joy. It’s like not everybody gets to have it….
