@meganvsgluten: Celiac safe AND vegan jackfruit meatballs!!! Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about these. Any time I’ve tried a vegan meat replacement, I’ve noticed a weird aftertaste and offputting texture. These were SO different. To be completely honest, if you’d told me these were normal meatballs I probably would’ve believed you. These were amazing with sauce but they’re seasoned so well that you can eat them right out of the oven.
