This has been difficult for me in my career and it’s taken me a VERY long time to realize that not everyone can see what I see. I usually think these things are obvious but I’ve learned that not everyone is a systems thinker. Like, I can go into a problem and have zero experience on the particular issue and be able to fix it. It’s because I’m always looking for the connections. Just following the bread crumbs.
