another way I tell everyone is ise your actual bowling ball set up on a couch, love seat, etc. put a fluffy blanket or some pillows down and just throw it into the pillows and blankets you are using your actual bowling ball and you get to practice your release this is good too but you have no holes to put your fingers in so you cant 100% simulate what the ball does... if you have a very low release and you cant do a couch lay a bunch of blankets down and but a couch cushion and pillows up against a wall so there is no risk of anything being damaged
