They’re a restaurant run by the most amazing mother & daughter duo, specializing in northern Vietnamese cuisine. 📍 2559 Cambie St., Vancouver, BC V5Z 4A8 I’ve gotta say, this spot might have just taken my top rank for Vietnamese food in the city. They have halal, gluten free and vegetarian options so there’s something for everyone! Everything is made with fresh ingredients and their family run. Their broths are minimum simmered for 16 hours. Hard not to want to support such an amazing small business with incredible food! I got to try: - Spring Rolls (Delicious) - Lemongrass Chicken Salad Rolls (SOLID) - Fish Cake Bun Cha Ca (AMAZING) - Lemongrass Beef Short Rib Vermicelli (AMAZING) - Cold Cut Banh Mi (BY FAR MY FAVORITE BANH MI IN METRO VANCOUVER) My dining experience was amazing. Everything was prepared so well, the food was absolutely delicious and the daughter of the mother / daughter duo was just so awesome. She’s truly a passionate owner but has such a down to earth personality and I love that. For anyone who loves Banh Mi, get the cold cut option here.. I PROMISE you will not regret it.
