Small dogs if handled roughly their hips can dislocate and that’s exactly what happened. They grabbed that dog so hard they dislocated the poor dogs hips.

i work at a dog daycare and boarding place: please take your dog to small local boarding services. these bigger companies don't care about the dogs. and if you can, a house sitter is always less stressful for your dog if they are not acclimated to the daycare/boarding environment.
