I made some of my oblong pashmina type scarves into ponchos by folding in half and stitching halfway across one edge from the center to the outer edge. No cutting, so if I want it to be a scarf again, I can unstitch it. I love yours, but I've never seen a square one with fringe like that in the wild 🤩 I also want to do the tshirt sleeves thing!
