Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix sugar substitutes + softened butter + apple sauce in a bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fold in mix-ins. 5. Chill dough for 10 minutes. 6. Pour batter into a sprayed 7, 8, or 9 inch pie tin, filling just below the rim. 7. Bake for 20–24 minutes, or until edges are set and center still has a slight jiggle. 8. Let cool completely before slicing so the crispy top fully sets.
