@trhwales: I made one of these edits just over a year ago, and I felt it was important to make another for Mental Health Awareness Month. While these conversations matter all year round, this month is a reminder of how important it is to speak openly about mental health and support one another. To anyone struggling right now with anxiety, confusion, loneliness, or anything difficult. Please remember that you are not alone, and things can get better and will soon feel easier. There are people who care about you deeply, you have so many memories to make, and loads of beautiful connections still waiting for you. A lot of people, including me, hide how we really feel, but it’s so important that we allow ourselves to express those emotions and talk about them. If you’re struggling or worried about someone else please reach out to somebody you trust, a parent, friend, teacher, doctor, or even me. You deserve to feel safe, supported, and happy. I made this edit sharing things I personally struggle with so others know they’re not alone either.
