When Labor increases land tax over 230 %, mandates yearly gas, electricity and smoke alarm inspection costs, mandates new lease minimum inspection costs and councils raise their rates… THEN OBVIOUSLY THE LANDLORD WILL PASS THE COSTS TO THE TENANT. And now with these new taxes, good luck finding cheap rentals.
