When I got married divorce was never even on my radar. I didn’t grow up around it. Our parents are still married. That wasn’t supposed to be my story. So yeah… deciding to walk away? That shit broke me. People look at my life now and think I’m just “happy” like it came easy. It didn’t. It took years of feeling exhausted before my day even started.
