If they represented Delta and United Airlines, then anything they did could create a liability situation for those airlines, which is obviously not the case. They are not an agent of the airlines. Can’t understand why law enforcement would not understand that.

It’s funded by public bonds that institutions buying an invest in. It is not funded directly by taxpayer money. I have $10,000 a bond on that airport that current interest I bought bonds how many bonds is a little Arthur bought?

End qualified immunity and make these cops start caring and learning their job. This is what you get when cops enjoy ZERO accountability for far too long. We deserve better police. These guys don’t give a damn if they get sued because the taxpayers foot the bill so they don’t know or care about actual laws or your rights.

I'm at 34-year police officer in the Houston area I don't work at that department I'm really not shocked but very sad that these officers don't know your rights and are willing to violate them without any kind of investigation on their part to see if that's right they could call the district attorney's office they could call the city attorney's office if they don't know to get better advice than what they know about the law themselves because apparently they don't know that much have worked extra employment jobs with airport police officers from Houston Police Department different times
