To each is own, but I would never leave my husband or my two week old baby alone while getting an IV baby needs support and so does dad. Part of being a parent, we have to do hard things for THEM! It’s not about us.

Have them check for Epidermolysis bullosa it is a genetic disorder my grandson has it 3 days after birth he started having blisters show up on him

My heart dropped when you said the RMH is the saddest place ever. We stayed at the house multiple times a year visiting my son’s specialist out of state and I don’t think I could’ve made it through some of those hard times w/o the RMH. It’s the most magical place for families with Children who have medical issues. Yes it’s sad to see sick kids but what they do for families and is beyond amazing. I’m not attacking you but begging you to go in and see it differently. Feel the love that is in that house. I’ll die on a sword for the RMH foundation. Hope baby gets better fast

The Ronald McDonald House while sad is actually the most beautiful happy place on the planet for parents who need to be there. They have community, they have someone to help them eat, wash clothes and do all the things that living with a sick child makes you neglect. I totally hear you, but as a medical Momma I also wanted you to know that it might look sad, but it’s 100% full of love. I hope your babes are doing well now ❤️

I volunteer with my retired teachers Union at the Ronald McDonald house. We cooked there three or four times a month and it is one of my greatest pleasures. I hope your little boy gets better soon.

Praying for your son and for answers. Yes the Ronald McDonald house is not a fun place to be. But it is a blessing to have because me and my husband were fortunate to have that while our son was in the hospital for 35 days before he gained his angel wings.. we didn’t start a foundation in our honor wings of Noah 👼🏼🪽🕊️so that his life lives on💙

Only going to the er once in 7 years of parenting…you’re blessed!!! I hope everything with your twins checks out okay 🩷 we were to the er at least once a week starting at 2 days old with my youngest until we got his feeding tube. Now we see multiple specialists a week trying to figure everything out with him. It’s been a journey.

To the sanctimommys saying how could you leave your child? I have a medical fragile child and am a single mom. I wish I had someone to tag in sometimes when we have had long stays. We all can’t be perfect and we are also human that need to keep ourselves healthy and mentally healthy for our children
