Inside the W Hotel, her 2am:dessertbar is serving a bioluminescence-themed three course dessert menu for $55, including alcohol pairings. The standout for me was Pulse, a lemon cheesecake dessert with almond sable and rosemary that was light, refreshing, and packed with flavour. There’s also a dessert wall where you can grab unlimited bite-sized sweets buffet style, which honestly took serious self control. Perfect dessert stop after exploring Vivid at Darling Harbour.
