I think maybe people forget we can’t wear LONG/FULL COVERAGE dresses because we don’t live in forgiving heat! It was maybe 98 today?? She’s trying to look covered but not also dye from heat exhaustion???

I wore a cocktail dress to my mum’s coz she loved to be dressed up n fancy so me n my two sisters all wore fancy cocktail dresses we did get some odd looks but we know our mum would have loved it 🥰

Any funeral I went to it was casual wearing so you can basically wear whatever you want and most had a rule of no wearing black. So I think people should stop jumping to conclusions of what people wear because not everyone has to wear the same as other funerals.

Dress was beautiful! Would recommend to bring a cardigan to cover your shoulders/any visible tattoos in case you’re going into a church. I remember going to a funeral and was asked to go grab my cardigan in the car. Mind you it was 90° in middle of summer.
