hi! idk who to contact so I would appreciate an answer,, Ive had these firefly skates for over a month now . today I was skating in my balcony ( which is made of tiles) and I was hearing squeakinh sounds. I checked them but nothing seemed wrong. I decided to clean them ( with wet wipes and then a dry towel) and then one of the wheels just kinda broke, like it didn't spin as well as the others when I tried them with my hand. I had no problem skating again but I still heard the squeaking sounds, is it something I should worry about?
